reports, safe listings, case status, and mediated contact requests.
TrackTail AI can help with bounded first review, but people still govern
sensitive cases, contact, images, and outcomes.
Current MVP: lost, found, and sighting reports; public-safe
pet pages; status links; photo review; returned-home requests; and
mediated contact without exposing private contact details.
Coming later: shelter coordination, veterinary logistics,
donations, partner onboarding, and formal nonprofit/DPA materials after
the governance hold before general availability.
